Public Offer Agreement of the SHOP PROTS Website (PROTS Store)

2.3. The Website does not act as an intermediary in transactions between Sellers and Buyers.

2.4. The Website does not participate in financial settlements between parties.

2.5. All purchase and sale transactions are carried out directly between the Seller and the Buyer.


3. Registration and Website Use

3.1. Registration may be required to use certain features of the Website.

3.2. The User agrees to provide accurate information during registration.

3.3. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3.4. The User confirms that they are at least 18 years old.


4. Posting Advertisements

4.1. The Seller has the right to post advertisements for goods on the Website.

4.2. Advertisements must contain accurate information.

4.3. The Seller must indicate:

  • the actual condition of the product
  • any defects
  • the package contents
  • real photographs of the product

4.4. The Seller independently determines the price of the goods.

4.5. The Seller is responsible for the accuracy of the posted information.


5. Sale of Used Equipment

5.1. When selling used goods, the Seller must indicate the actual condition of the item.

5.2. The Buyer understands that used equipment may have signs of prior use.

5.3. The Website is not responsible for the technical condition of goods.


6. Prohibited Goods

The following goods are prohibited from being listed on the Website:

  • counterfeit products
  • illegal software
  • stolen devices
  • goods prohibited by law
  • goods that violate third-party rights

7. Moderation of Advertisements

The Administration has the right to:

  • remove advertisements
  • edit advertisements
  • block users
  • restrict access to the Website

The Administration may apply these measures without explanation.


8. Payment and Transactions

8.1. Payment for goods is carried out directly between the Buyer and the Seller.

8.2. The Website does not participate in financial transactions.

8.3. The Website is not responsible for financial operations.


9. Returns

9.1. Return conditions are determined by the Seller.

9.2. The Website does not participate in return processes.


10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. The Website is provided to users on an “as is” basis.

10.2. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Website.

10.3. The Administration is not responsible for:

  • the quality of goods
  • performance of obligations by sellers
  • losses incurred by users
  • inaccurate information in advertisements

10.4. The maximum liability of the Administration shall not exceed 1000 KZT.


11. Personal Data

By using the Website, the User agrees to the processing of personal data.

Personal data is used solely for the operation of the Website.


12. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Website are protected by copyright law.

Copying materials is allowed only with permission from the Administration.


13. Force Majeure

The Administration shall not be liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure circumstances.


14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between users shall be resolved through negotiations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, the parties may apply to the court.


15. Changes to the Offer

The Administration reserves the right to modify this Offer.

The new version comes into force from the moment it is published on the Website.

Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
