Public Offer Agreement
This document is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") and defines the terms of use of the "People's IT Store" service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), specializing in the sale of used computer equipment and parts, between the following parties:

Site Administration — a legal entity or individual entrepreneur providing the platform for listing products and controlling their compliance with the declared parameters.

Seller — a legal or individual entity posting product listings for sale on the Service.

Buyer — an individual or legal entity purchasing products listed by the Seller on the Service.
Acceptance of the terms of this Offer is carried out by registering on the Service, using its functions, or in another confirmed manner.
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Administration provides the Seller and the Buyer with access to the functionality of the Service for listing, searching, and purchasing products.
1.2. The Seller undertakes to provide accurate information about the products that comply with the parameters specified on the Service.
1.3. All transactions for the purchase of products are conducted directly between the Seller and the Buyer without the Administration’s involvement in settlements.
2. Conditions for Sellers
2.1. To open a store on the Service, the Seller must provide the Administration with all necessary documents confirming their legal activity.
2.2. The Seller must correctly fill in the delivery settings, including terms, costs, and delivery methods.
2.3. The Seller is responsible for the product's compliance with the parameters stated in its description on the Service.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. Rights and Obligations of the Administration
3.1.1. The Administration ensures round-the-clock access to the Service, except during maintenance periods.
3.1.2. The Administration has the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided by the Seller and block listings that do not comply with the Service rules.
3.1.3. The Administration is not responsible for the quality of products and the fulfillment of obligations between the Seller and the Buyer.
3.2. Rights and Obligations of the Seller
3.2.1. The Seller has the right to post listings on the Service in accordance with the rules.
3.2.2. The Seller undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the products.
3.2.3. The Seller is responsible for fulfilling all sales conditions, including delivery and returns.
3.3. Rights and Obligations of the Buyer
3.3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase products listed on the Service in accordance with their description and sales terms.
3.3.2. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate data for purchase and delivery.
3.3.3. The Buyer is responsible for paying for products under the terms specified by the Seller.
4. Responsibilities of the Parties
4.1. The Administration is not responsible for any losses incurred by Users as a result of using the Service.
4.2. The Seller is responsible for the quality and compliance of the products with their description and for meeting delivery deadlines.
4.3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for timely payment.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. Payment for products is made directly between the Buyer and the Seller in any way convenient for them.
5.2. The Administration does not participate in settlements and is not a party to payment transactions.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. Disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer are resolved through negotiations between the parties.
6.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the parties may refer the matter to a court in accordance with applicable law.
6.3. In case of a complaint against the Seller and the absence of a response within the established time frame, the Seller’s store will be blocked until the circumstances are clarified.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. This Offer comes into effect from the moment it is accepted by the User.
7.2. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to the Offer. Notice of changes will be published on the Service 10 days before they come into effect.
7.3. If any provision of this Offer is deemed invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
